Nokia Would like to Discard WP7 Phones

abhijit-kumar-royFor several weeks, the experts on this and other servers compete in the condemned are still the largest mobile phone manufacturer in the world for a series of bad management decisions. Nokia do not use personally, but I would like to defend it here.

abhijit-kumar-royWhat is Written to the dear audience, I suppose, well known, bet on Nokia Windows Phone 7 from Microsoft. Yes, the system that nobody uses, wants, no interest, it is not an application is user unfriendly and "tile" GUI seems at least as a blunder.Unfortunately, the Finnish manufacturer has no WP 7 phone imagined and has to happen sometime in late October 2011. So far, only spewing except "friggin 'phone devices with Symbian incarnations technically backward, which had technically fall behind - after all, also because of their poor managerial decisions. The idea that Nokia, as though still huge, but declining mobile phone manufacturer shall "supertelefony" with WP7, which nobody wants, in this light may seem far-fetched - and so many experts and fraudulent "analysts" foreshadow the end of the Finnish mobile dream, even the markets no longer believe ...But I do not think so. WP7 is indeed an exotic operating system, but its exoticism is great work that has few users and it is in many ways misunderstood. His basic philosophy of control is not understood by current users of Symbian, Android or iOS, because it is not copied, but it is new. Distribution system to the application it is, however, much closer to Apple's philosophy than anything else and is in stark contrast with the tradition of Microsoft. All this makes him a kind hybrid. WP7 Ale is also very sophisticated mobile operating system, with a huge tradition and foundations in previous versions of Windows Mobile. The manufacturer has vast experience in this area, and Nokia has again - as one of the commentators correctly pointed out - a great tradition of sophisticated engineered products that are not sexy, but they work.

The combination of both is unpredictable. It can equally uninteresting vyplodit product with lots of features, but without a soul, a brilliant synergistic blockbuster, which gives the cold Finnish hardware to warm the soul, and do so in a form that is immediately acceptable to both individuals and corporate customers. Depending on how Nokia giving the time, and skepticism by critics begin to increasingly think that is more likely the latter. In any case, I would still discard Nokia shares.

Google Does Not Pay Taxes?

Internet marketing expert indiaThe IRS, then the U.S. - and the comparison of our armed - version of the Tax Office, is perhaps currently investigating. The thing is that the user may not be interested, but we would be interested because of its  significant implications.

How it looks - or, as the server of Businessweek believes U.S. IRS currently audits management tax optimization and this audit is more than a mere formality or routine. Wonder? I do not.   Google, like many other technology companies in the U.S. (such as Apple's beloved!), offshore portion of their revenues abroad to avoid having to pay for them quite a high corporate tax in the U.S. And although using a fairly complicated system optimization as well as those of income (for example, nicely named "Dutch sandwich" and the taxes paid abroad are significantly smaller than the ones at home, definitely not a bed of roses. Money abroad can not move into U.S., which means that they can not freely dispose of, or is to invest at home, and does not give shareholders the dividend. While they are on the whole, but in the trap. And now it also seems that the Obama administration (which would be one of the said money got love) went into a slight offensive, whose first step is that the tax optimization shines so, to speak.

What in the worst case might mean for Google and get great unexpected expenses and possibly criminal prosecution is, I believe, from the perspective of the U.S. government actually test and the threat of one. If you end up being able to Google "milked" can look forward to something similar to another company. If you fail, you may search titan is likely to start preparing for the foreseeable future for the next round. Perhaps more intense.
The event may have implications for users and potentially to us. Not in the capitalization of Google, but in a number of accompanying phenomena associated with it. As much as Google and others willing to invest abroad? To develop the technology? What price will you charge for advertising and paid services? How will the technical support? Google, Apple and many others to end their tax Eldorado undoubtedly deserves, but the question is, how can they look at the impact of end users for services and products often depends more than he at first accepted.
